  59. Which circuit are you using? The "Explorer" HF receiver by Paul Daulton (73 
  60. Amateur Radio Aug. '92) has pin 16 as ground (presumably for -12V supply 
  61. and signal). Try to look this article up- it may have some valuable clues 
  62. for you.
